Chicago real estate agent Daniel Gerson is a lifelong Chicagoan, and has been selling real estate in Chicago since 1987.
“When I was first starting out, I sold real estate for a living.
I got my first real estate job when I was 12,” he said.
“I’ve had a lot of success over the years. “
At the time, I didn’t have the money to pay for an agent and I was just selling houses for money, and it was going to get me through the years.”
“I’ve had a lot of success over the years.
I’ve sold three homes and I’ve been a realtor for 25 years.”
Mr Gerson said he sold three houses at a time, and was “not sure” if he would ever want “to sell”.
“I’ll always be here until the end of time,” he told ABC Radio Melbourne’s Morning Drive program.
“But I can’t think of a better place to live than in the city of Chicago.”
Mr Trewavas was born in New Zealand and moved to Australia when he was five.
“We were a lot closer together, which was great,” he recalled.
“It’s been great living here in Australia and I really feel it’s the best place in the world.”
“If you have to, you could live in Sydney or Melbourne and get some of the benefits, but Chicago would be the perfect place to be, and I think I could live there for life.”
“But we’re not going to leave until we get the government to give us a little bit more money, because we’re going to have to live here.”
Mr Kavanagh has lived in Chicago for 20 years and was born and raised in the suburbs of the city.
“You just feel so comfortable here.
I mean, it’s a beautiful city, but it’s also an amazing place to grow up,” he explained.
“In the same way you could see your grandparents, your parents, your kids all growing up here.”
“The reason I have been living here for so long is because it makes me so happy and I appreciate all the people here. “
The people that have been here for generations are so generous and loving and I love that, because that’s who I am and I’m happy to be here.”
It’s my second home.” “
And to me, Chicago is a great place to raise a family.
It’s my second home.”
“It just feels like home.”
Mr Fergus says he feels Chicago is “the perfect place” to raise his kids.
“My kids love it here,” he continued.
“If I’m ever in the country, Chicago would make a perfect place for me to move.” “
“We’d be really happy to go to Chicago and just be in Chicago.” “
If I’m ever in the country, Chicago would make a perfect place for me to move.”
“We’d be really happy to go to Chicago and just be in Chicago.”
“My only regret is that I haven’t had a family for a while.
It wouldn’t have been that difficult for me.”
“Now that I have kids, I’m a little sad to leave them for a little while and see how it goes.”
“This city is wonderful.”
Mr Millington said he was “sad” to be leaving Chicago but “wanted to be back”.
“This place is a beautiful place and I wish I could stay here forever,” he added.
The city is a wonderful place to come to and live and raise a child.” “
Chicago is the perfect city to be a parent.
The city is a wonderful place to come to and live and raise a child.”
Mr Lomnicki said he would “love” to live in Chicago but said “there’s no way I would want to move here”.
“The biggest problem with living here is the lack of opportunity,” he acknowledged.
“Most of the opportunities are limited and we don’t have that opportunity here.”
In addition to the big-name agents, the Real Estate Council of Victoria (RECV) said they were “extremely disappointed” by the state of real estate sales in the Greater Brisbane region.
“As a member of RECV, I am dismayed by the fact that the market continues to be so weak, particularly in the last couple of years,” said RECR vice-president of planning, Andrew Jones.
“Despite the fact the national property market has recovered significantly, the market is
