Alabama real Estate is the second most affordable region in the United States, according to a new report from real estate research firm CBRE.
The Crimson Tide ranked third nationally, ahead of Florida and the West Coast, according a report from CBRE, which is a division of Realtor.com.
Alabama ranked second for the third straight year, after the Crimson Tide and the University of Alabama were named as the top two states for real estate listings.
“Alabama is known for its beautiful state parks, beautiful mountains, beautiful beaches, and some of the most historic sites in the nation,” said Kevin Smith, vice president of marketing for CBRE in a statement.
“However, it is also home to some of America’s most affordable homes, and this year’s rankings show that we are leading the pack.”
The Crimson Dots were named the most expensive real estate market in the world for 2017, and the region ranked in the top five for six straight years.
Alabama has one of the country’s most diverse and diverse real estate markets.
Alabama is home to a variety of diverse communities.
“It is a good state for all people, and it’s a great place to live,” said Smith.
“We have a great state and a great economy, and we are also the top state for young people.
People from all walks of life are looking for a place to start their careers.”

The real estate industry is booming across the United State, and realtors are excited to see Alabama leading the way in the field.

“While Alabama has the highest percentage of people in the workforce, we also have a very diverse population, and a very active real estate scene.”
In addition to the real estate resources available to local government, there are many educational opportunities in the state to help students and others learn about real estate.
“The real estate sector in Alabama is the fastest growing in the entire state, and is one of many sectors that benefit from the new economic climate that has been created,” said Steve R. Ochoa, president of the Southern Association of Realty Associations.
