It’s one of only two properties in Perth to be named in the top 10 list, along with the former Queen Street Club.
The property was originally built in the 1930s, and it has recently been upgraded to make it the world’s largest.
Queen Street House, Perth’s most expensive home The Queen Street house is an exclusive two-bedroom property with a view over the CBD, and features a private balcony with views of the CBD and the Royal Botanical Gardens.
It has a grand entrance with a massive oak staircase, and is priced at $4.7 million.
Queen St, The Perth mansion The most expensive house in Perth is the Queen Street Mansion, built in 1910 and sold in 2012 for $4 million.
It boasts a spectacular interior and a stunning view of the city, as well as being on a site close to the city centre.
Alderwood Estate, Perth Located on the west side of Perth, the Alder Wood Estate is the most expensive property in Perth.
Located in the heart of the heartland, it is located at the base of the Perth CBD and features an underground garden with views over the city and the city limits.
Country House, Queen Street The Country House is a two-storey, five-bedroom house with an open plan kitchen, living room and dining room.
It was built in 1928, and was purchased for $1 million in 2013.
Queen West Estate, Queen St. This luxury property sits at the end of Queen Street between the CBDs of West Perth and South Perth, and has been a favourite of celebrities and top-class athletes since it was built by Australian businessman, Roberta Bond.
It offers a private courtyard with views from the house, and its estimated cost is $4,500,000.
St. George’s Estate, St.
George’s Park, Perth This is a five-storeys high four-bedroom mansion with a rooftop terrace, terrace and a rooftop garden with a total of six bedrooms.
It comes with an indoor pool with a spa, and a private gym.
South Perth Estate, South Perth This five-level home features a courtyard with a pool, private lounge, garden and kitchen.
St Georges, South West The St Georgies is the top property in South West, the home of actor David Mitchell and his wife, Lisa.
It features a rooftop pool with the swimming pool, terraces, dining room and guest bedrooms.
Morningside Estate, North Perth The North Perth Estate has two bedrooms, a courtyard, two-car garage and a tennis court.
It also features a balcony with a views over downtown Perth.
The Stokes Estate, the Stokes, South-East Perth This four-level property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking Perth’s main business district.
It cost $3.5 million to buy, and currently has a lease until 2021.
Stokes Street, Perth South-West The Stakes Street is the highest street in Perth with views to the CBD from the terrace.
It costs $1,749,000 for a three-bedroom, four-bathroom home.
The Queen St Estate, The Queen, North-West This six-level house features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
It opened in 1882, and sits on the same site as The Queen.
It houses a courtyard and terrace with views down the river, and also has an indoor tennis court and pool.
