Texas real estate agents are on high alert for the prospect of a potential big sale after the sale of a ranch located about 35 miles south of Austin.
According to a statement from the company behind the ranch, Landmark Ranch, a buyer is currently seeking $1,500,000 for the property.
Landmark has been a ranch owner for the past three decades.
The ranch has been closed to the public since September.
The statement said the property is a “closed, privately managed property” that is “subject to inspection by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and Texas State Parks.”

Landmarks Ranch/APIn the statement, Landmarks said it has been actively marketing the property since the ranch was purchased in 2003 and is in the process of building a visitor center and outdoor living area.
The company says that the property “is one of the best owned and managed in the world.”
